Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, work email, password, and workspace details when you create an account — and data you connect, such as Google Search Console and Google Ads, which you authorize via OAuth and can revoke at any time. We also collect usage and device data (pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser) to operate and improve the service.

How we use your data

• To provide the platform — tracking rankings and AI visibility, running the agent, and generating reports for the sites you connect.
• To authenticate you, secure your account, and isolate each tenant's data.
• To communicate about your account, billing, and product updates.
• To analyze usage and improve performance, reliability, and features.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing via Stripe, and the AI providers used to power features), each under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and where required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. Connected credentials are encrypted at rest, access is scoped per tenant, and we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most data in-app or request help at privacy@rankd.io.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are essential for authentication and session management, plus optional analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify you in-app or by email.
