Terms of Service

The service

Rankd is a platform for SEO and AI-visibility — keyword research, rank tracking, site audit, backlinks, Google Ads, AI-citation tracking, an autonomous fix agent, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any sites, Search Console properties, or ad accounts you add.

Acceptable use

• Only connect properties and accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don't use Rankd for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plan limits (sites, keywords, scans, agent fixes, crawl pages) apply as shown on the pricing page. You can upgrade at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of the data you connect and the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. The agent never publishes changes without your approval — fixes are proposed as PRs or CMS drafts.

Intellectual property

Rankd and its software, design, and trademarks remain our property. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our brand except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific rankings, citations, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
